Organize and understand your health data. Ask questions. Get clear answers.
Why Qwery? Because managing your health is hard when your data is scattered, complex, and full of jargon.
Primary care visits are short, and patients often leave without time to ask all their questions or fully understand their health concerns.
Existing personal health records haven't helped much — the data is hard to interpret and offers little meaningful support for day-to-day decision-making.
Online medical searches return generic, anxiety-producing information that rarely fits a patient's clinical situation.
People are taking their clinical data to generic AI's today. Qwery is the version built for the job - Qwery is what they actually need.
Qwery connects your medical records, labs, and wellness data with cutting-edge generative AI so you can see your health history clearly, ask informed questions, and get answers in terms that make sense to you.
Product
What you can do with Qwery
Qwery is a personal health companion that helps you bring together your clinical data,
make sense of it with AI, and use it in practical ways to take control of your health.
Bring your health data together
Connect to patient portals, upload documents, or enter information by simply chatting. Qwery aggregates your records into a single, longitudinal personal health record across visits, labs, diagnoses, medications and more.
Ask questions in plain language
Ask about lab results, chronic condition management, or unresolved symptoms the way you'd ask a trusted clinician. Qwery uses context-aware clinical AI agents with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to ground responses in your real clinical data.
Be prepared for every appointment
Summarize past visits in clear language, track key metrics over time, and generate
smart questions and new insights to bring to your next appointment so you can make the most of your limited time with your healthcare team.
How it works
From scattered records to clear insight
Qwery combines data aggregation, longitudinal visualization, and generative AI to help you see
the story behind your health data, not just the raw numbers.
Step 1
Import your data
Connect to your device health data, EHR, or payer portals - upload PDFs, or enter core details manually.
Qwery organizes and deciphers your information into a structured timeline of encounters, labs, conditions, medications and more.
Step 2
Build your personal health record
Your data is presented as a longitudinal record you can filter, search, and explore — with trends, summaries, and context that make complex histories easier to navigate.
Step 3
Ask questions & explore insights
Ask questions about your health in natural language. Qwery uses your data to prime AI responses, giving you context-aware explanations and new insights and ideas to discuss with your care team.
Privacy & security
Your data, protected and under your control
Qwery is built on a consent-first, security-by-design approach. Your clinical data is always deidentifed. And you decide what comes in, what's used with AI, and if any of your data is ever shared.
Consent-driven, user-initiated data
You choose which portals to connect to, which files to upload, and what data is included in each AI interaction. Data import is always user-initiated, and you can disconnect sources or delete records at any time.
Security as a baseline, not a feature
Qwery is built on top of modern security practices: encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and a breach-response plan aligned with FTC expectations for personal health records.
Deidentified data - always
Your clinical data is deidentified upon import, and remains that way, always. Your data will never be used without your consent.
For clinicians & partners
Built for real-world data and research
Qwery is designing a consent-based, deidentified data platform to support research,
AI development, and real-world evidence — starting with users who choose to share
their longitudinal records and health journeys. If you're exploring collaborations
in this space, we'd love to connect.
Still to come
At Qwery, we are just getting started!
The world is already turning to AI to understand health concerns, explore treatment options, and even self-diagnose. At Qwery, we're building tools purpose-built for that reality—designed by clinicians and technologists with decades of experience in healthcare and health data.
Core features are nearly ready, and what comes next will be shaped by our users. Our goal is to create a tool that empowers anyone seeking clarity about their health or wanting more control over their health-related decisions.
Founders
Who's building Qwery
We're clinicians, technologists, and healthcare data obsessives with deep experience at the intersection of care delivery, medication safety, and health IT — and we're tired of seeing individuals and families struggle with tools that weren't really built for them.

Harvard Pan
Founder & CEO • Technology Executive
Harvard Pan is a seasoned technology executive with deep experience scaling health-tech and data-driven products. He most recently served as COO of Conduce Health, leading teams that built AI-driven referral optimization, predictive disease models, and large-scale clinical data pipelines—culminating in the company's acquisition by Switchboard Health. Previously, as CTO of Diameter Health, he rearchitected their clinical data normalization platform into a secure cloud-native SaaS capable of processing millions of CCDs and HL7 messages per day; Diameter was later acquired by Availity. He has also held senior engineering roles at QPID Health and HealthFortis, directing teams building NLP, clinical decision support, care coordination, and referral management systems. Before his healthcare work, Harvard spent over a decade at Oracle, leading global teams responsible for Oracle's core BI engine, metadata management, and large-scale data modeling.
Harvard believes that democratizing structured clinical data and AI-driven insight will reshape healthcare for the better. Qwery exists to give users the same advanced data capabilities traditionally reserved for academic medical centers, large provider organizations, and national payers.

Chris Vitale is a clinical pharmacist and informatics leader with nearly two decades of experience building and scaling clinical data and interoperability solutions. He most recently served as Director of Interoperability at VITL and Senior Director of Clinical Informatics at Availity (formerly Diameter Health), leading teams focused on clinical data normalization, FHIR modeling, data conversion, and post-acquisition integration. At Availity, he also drove standards development, new market strategy, vendor partnerships, and clinical research. Earlier, Chris held informatics roles at the American Medical Association and Partners HealthCare, contributing to EHR design, clinical decision support, terminology management, and a novel clinical knowledge management platform. His career began as a NICU clinical pharmacist at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where he also supported EHR and decision support development. Chris has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in medical informatics and spent over a decade mentoring pharmacy and informatics trainees as adjunct faculty and preceptor at Northeastern University and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy.
After years spent solving interoperability and data-quality problems inside large healthcare organizations, Chris is building Qwery to give individuals access to the same structured, reliable clinical data that institutions use—and the tools to actually make sense of it, act on it, and take greater control of their own health.
